Our Privacy Commitment

We built Taskk to take the stress out of your pre-trip planning, and that includes eliminating any worries about your personal privacy. We designed the entire app with privacy as our core priority from day one.

You never need to create an account, share your email address, or submit any personal information to use every single feature of Taskk. Your trip planning stays entirely in your control, always.

What Information Do We Collect?

• No data collected during core use: All content you create in Taskk – including custom packing lists, personalized travel cards, your uploaded personal snapshots, packing progress records, and template customizations – is stored exclusively on your personal device. We never transmit, receive or store any of this content on our servers.
• Only data you choose to share: The only time we receive any information from you is if you voluntarily reach out to us via email to ask questions, report issues, or share feedback. In this case we will only receive the email address you send from and the content you include in your message, which we use solely to respond to your request.
• No tracking or analytics: We do not embed any third-party tracking tools, advertisement pixels, or behavior analytics software in Taskk. We never track how you use the app, collect device identifiers, or share any usage data with third parties.

How We Handle Your Data

• We have no access to any of your personal content stored on your device. We cannot view, edit, share, or delete your packing lists, travel cards, or personal photos, as these never leave your device.
• Any email correspondence you send us is kept strictly confidential. We will never share, sell, or rent your contact information or message content to any third party for any reason, and we delete correspondence once it is no longer needed to resolve your request.
• We do not run any advertising in Taskk, so there is no advertiser access to any of your information, personal or otherwise.

Your Control Over Your Data

Since all of your Taskk content is stored locally on your device, you have 100% control over your data at all times:

• You can edit, delete, or export any of your custom packing lists, travel cards, or saved content directly within the app at any time.
• You can erase all Taskk-related data from your device at any time by uninstalling the app, with no need to notify us or request data deletion from our side (as we hold no data about you).
• You choose if and how you want to share your custom travel cards or packing lists with other people directly from your device – we do not facilitate or monitor these shares.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our app features or operational practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via a prominent in-app announcement at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect.

Your continued use of Taskk after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you can stop using the app and delete all your data at any time.
